Is this being recorded?
No. This is a confidential, live-only session. We want you to feel comfortable asking direct questions about your brokerage, your income, and your situation without worrying it will end up on the internet.
Do I need my license already?
Ideally, yes — this night is built for agents who are already licensed and producing somewhere else. That said, if you're finishing your course or within about 6 months of being licensed, you're welcome too. We'll walk through our scholarship and new-agent pathways and how to set yourself up before you're fully licensed.
I'm already with a big brand. Is this just for brand-new agents?
No. Many of our strongest fits are 10–30 deal/year agents who feel capped, overwhelmed, or like “just a number” on a mega team. We'll show you how our pooled-resources model lets you net more on the same deals while getting your time and headspace back.
Will you try to hard-sell me to join Vantage West on the call?
No. This is an info night, not a cattle call. If you like what you see and want to explore next steps, we'll explain the application process at the end. We only onboard 1–2 people per quarter, so culture fit matters more than headcount.
What about splits and compensation?
We don't use “traditional” splits. We subscribe to a pooled-resources model that lets your dollars go further for marketing, support, and technology. On your own business and SOI deals you keep the majority; on team-generated deals, more of the commission covers the cost of advertising and support. In most cases, agents take home more money here on a true-net basis than they could running solo with full overhead.
How are leads and appointments distributed? Is it fair?
Yes. We run a merit-based system. Our team matches opportunities based on performance, communication, and fit — so hungry agents who execute get more at-bats, and clients are paired with the right agent for them.
What if I'm just exploring and not ready to move yet?
That's completely fine. Many attendees are gathering data. The goal of the night is to give you clarity on what a leveraged, certainty-driven real estate career can look like, so when you are ready to make a move, you know exactly what you're saying yes or no to.
